TCML Opening ceremony

Sydney Taiwan School’s TCML program is centred on the integration of language and culture, creating a Mandarin learning environment closely connected to everyday life. The program teaches Traditional Chinese, systematically developing students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. It also incorporates Taiwanese festivals and cultural experiences beyond the classroom into real-life contexts. Right here in Australia, students can gain an in-depth understanding of Taiwanese and Sino-culture, develop cross-cultural communication skills, and build practical, long-term Mandarin proficiency.

There are beginner and advance classes, the first Year Curriculum integrates festivals, food, and cultural experiences as below:

10. Question: is it hard to learn Mandarin?
